1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LegalSoul ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

LegalSoul provides AI-powered legal research, document analysis, and automation tools designed specifically for legal professionals and law firms. The Service includes but is not limited to: document processing, legal research assistance, contract analysis, case preparation tools, and related AI-powered features.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify LegalSoul immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

LegalSoul reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by LegalSoul.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

LegalSoul offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

4.3 Price Changes

LegalSoul reserves the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Service

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Service Ownership

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LegalSoul and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant LegalSoul a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding the Service may be used by LegalSoul without any obligation to compensate you.

LegalSoul uses artificial intelligence to assist with legal research and document analysis. The Service is designed to assist legal professionals but does not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs from the Service before relying on them in any legal proceeding or matter.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGALSOUL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
