Enterprise CLM pricing from the filing

Sirion Pricing, Sirion CLM Pricing, Sirion AI Pricing and Cost per User

Sirion's UK filing prices users at $93.63 to $334.40 a month, but minimums put the smallest contract at $84,269 a year. Contract Intelligence and Contract Management require 100 users, even for a 15-person legal team. US quotes are custom, so use this math to question your order form.

What Sirion charges per user

A casual or infrequent user gets at most five login sessions a week and a limited module subset. A primary user has unrestricted access. Budget from how people work, because a daily reviewer may need the higher rate.

Source is Sirion's G-Cloud 14 pricing document on the UK Digital Marketplace, copyright 2024 Sirion, file dated January 12, 2026. USD equivalents use 1.3376 USD per GBP, the ECB reference rate for October 22, 2026, rounded for display. Filing prices exclude taxes. This is not a US price list.

For a US buyer holding a quote, the filing gives you specific terms to check. Ask sales to identify the matching module, license definition and minimum in your order form. If the commercial terms differ, record the difference alongside the price. A discount only becomes useful once you know which access rights and services it buys.

The smallest Sirion contract you can sign

In the filing, SRM with all casual users is the smallest purchase, £63,000 ($84,269) annually. That buys supplier management, not the Contract Management tier. The cheapest Intelligence subscription is 100 × £70 × 12, or £84,000 ($112,358). You cannot multiply the rate by your actual headcount and ignore the floor.

Ironclad, Vendr median (Signed-purchase benchmark) $40,110
Agiloft, Vendr median (Signed-purchase benchmark) $67,132
LegalSoul Professional (12 monthly payments of $299) $3,588

Saffron bars are Sirion filing minimums. Lilac bars are Vendr medians, not equivalent packages. LegalSoul is document review. Its $3,588 comparison is a year of monthly Professional payments, not an annual-plan quote. All exclude implementation.

Spellbook, a rival vendor whose article was updated October 9, 2026, converts the same filing and reports an annual floor of about $85,000 to $284,000. That is another reading of this source, not independent US purchase data. The bars above use the filing's GBP amounts and the single conversion rate stated here.

What a 15-person legal team really pays per seat

Divide the minimum invoice by the people doing the work. These examples assume all casual licenses, so they are optimistic if your lawyers need daily access. Unused licenses do not reduce the bill.

From the 100-user casual minimum

Contract Intelligence

£84,000 ÷ 15 = £5,600 per actual user a year

$624 a month

About $7,491 per actual user annually, before add-ons.

From the 100-user casual minimum

Contract Management

£144,000 ÷ 15 = £9,600 per actual user a year

$1,070 a month

About $12,841 per actual user annually, before add-ons.

Procurement, finance and business users may change the headcount, but count people who will actually use the licensed modules. Ask each group whether restricted casual access covers its work. Keep that usage estimate next to the invoice total when you compare the quote with your existing review process.

Year one with integrations and premium support

Take Contract Management with 20 primary and 80 casual users. The monthly calculation is 20 × £175 + 80 × £120 = £13,100. Add e-signature and CRM integrations, then premium support. Implementation remains outside the total because the filing does not price it.

Sirion worked annual budget before taxes and implementation
Annual line itemGBPUSD
100 mixed licenses£157,200$210,271
Two external integrations£20,000$26,752
Premium support at 20 percent of subscription£31,440$42,054
Year one before implementation and taxes£208,640$279,077

Three years at that list, with no escalator, total £625,920 ($837,231), still before implementation and taxes. This is a budgeting scenario, not a term Sirion promises. Subscription fees are due upfront on signature with 30-day payment terms, so a monthly rate does not mean monthly cash payments.

Add-ons that are priced in the filing

Check recurring charges separately from setup services. An integration is an annual line, even after the connection works. Confirm what counts as an instance before requesting another testing environment.

Sirion vs Ironclad vs Agiloft vs Icertis vs LegalSoul

These figures describe different purchases. Sirion's filing is a list with license floors. Vendr records signed purchases with varying scope. A cheaper median cannot establish which vendor will quote your workflow for less.

Where Sirion wins

Post-signature obligation and supplier performance management are Sirion's stronger fit. Sirion's press release says it was a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for CLM for the fourth consecutive year, with the report dated October 14, 2025. That recognition does not settle your budget.

Where LegalSoul stops

LegalSoul is document review, not a CLM repository. It has no SOC 2 report and no SAML SSO. Solo includes 100 reviews monthly, Professional 500, and Elite is unmetered. Monthly plans can be canceled any time. Choose it for reading agreements, not managing supplier performance.

Who Sirion fits and who it does not

A fit when obligations drive the purchase

A procurement lead managing supplier commitments has a reason to evaluate SRM. A legal ops team that needs authoring and management can assess Contract Management. Both need an owner for implementation and a budget that survives the license minimum, integrations and upfront payment.

A difficult fit for a review backlog

A GC with fewer than 20 people and supplier paper waiting for review may need a narrower tool. If nobody needs obligation tracking or a shared CLM repository, buying unused seats does not solve the immediate reading problem. Start with the task your team actually has.

Questions to ask on the Sirion sales call

Send these before the demo and ask for answers in the order form. A verbal discount does not clarify the scope you are committing to.

  1. Which people need primary rather than casual access?

Map weekly login sessions and module permissions to real jobs. Have sales price the resulting mix.

  2. Does the 100-user minimum apply to our US quote?

Get the minimum for your exact tier in writing, including whether unused seats can be reassigned.

  3. What happens above 25,000 new contract uploads?

Confirm how the annual cap is counted and ask for the charge or process when you reach it.

  4. How many integrations are in this order?

Name e-signature, CRM and any service level data sources. Separate recurring fees from connection work.

  5. What does premium support at 20 percent cover?

Confirm the calculation base and what it adds to the included standard 24x5 support.

  6. When is the subscription payable upfront?

Reconcile payment on signature and 30-day terms with your procurement approval and launch dates.

  7. What are the implementation fee and timeline?

Request migration, testing and training scope, acceptance criteria and a delivery owner. The filing supplies no implementation price.

Sirion pricing questions buyers ask

How much does Sirion cost?

Sirion costs £70 to £250 ($93.63 to $334.40) per user per month in its G-Cloud 14 filing. Minimums make the smallest annual contract £63,000 ($84,269), for SRM with 30 casual users. US prices are custom. Integrations, premium support and implementation can add to the subscription before your team starts using it.

Does Sirion publish its pricing?

Not for US buyers. Sirion has no US price list, but it filed a UK G-Cloud 14 pricing document. The filing specifies monthly user rates, minimums and recurring add-ons. It is a primary source for budgeting, not a binding US offer. Ask sales which rates and conditions carry into your quote.

Is there a minimum number of users for Sirion?

Yes, the filing requires 100 users for Contract Intelligence and Contract Management, or 30 for SRM. These minimums apply even if fewer people use the product. A small US team should ask whether its quote keeps those floors and how casual and primary licenses count toward them.

How much does Sirion CLM cost per user?

Contract Management costs £120 ($160.51) per casual user or £175 ($234.08) per primary user monthly in the filing, with a 100-user minimum. Casual access allows at most five login sessions weekly and a limited module subset. External integrations cost extra, so the seat price is not the total.

Does Sirion have a free trial?

No free trial is listed by ERP Research, which describes Sirion as quote-based. Ask sales whether a scoped evaluation is available, what it costs and what happens to uploaded contracts afterward. Do not assume a demo gives your team access to test its own agreements or integrations.

Is Sirion the same as SirionLabs?

Yes, Sirion is the company formerly called SirionLabs. Searches for Sirion Labs pricing and Sirion AI pricing concern the same vendor. Compare the named modules and licensing terms in the quote, since a brand name alone does not tell you whether you are buying intelligence, management or SRM.

How long does Sirion take to implement?

SpotDraft reports three to six months for Sirion implementation, but that is a rival vendor estimate, not a Sirion commitment. Its June 2026 article, updated in October, gives no implementation dollar figure. Get a scoped timeline and fee covering migration, integrations, testing and training before you approve the order.

What is a cheaper alternative to Sirion for a small legal team?

LegalSoul starts at $99 a month for 100 document reviews, with no seat minimum. Upload a contract for issues, risky clauses and missing terms with page cites in under a minute. It is document review, not a CLM repository, and has no SOC 2 report or SAML SSO.
