Enterprise CLM pricing, sourced
Icertis has no pricing page and no rate card. What circulates instead is a handful of numbers, and one of the most repeated cannot be traced to its source. Here is each figure, what stands behind it, and what a legal team should budget for year one.
Every figure names its source. Icertis quotes each buyer individually, so none of this is your quote.

Icertis does not publish pricing. The only signed-contract data, on Vendr, comes from two purchases at $48,360 and $169,890 a year. Buying guides put year one at $100,000 to $300,000 once implementation and training are added, with rollouts of 6 to 12 months. Analysts estimate its large accounts at more than $1 million a year. For a legal team under about 20 people, Icertis is rarely the right size.
icertis.com/pricing returns a not-found page. The product pages end in Request Demo. So every number you will see in a search result comes from somebody else, and they are not equally solid.
We sorted them by evidence. Signed contracts beat analyst estimates, and analyst estimates beat a figure that cites a source which does not show it.
The chart puts the annual figures on one scale. Even the cheapest real contract is roughly forty times what a LegalSoul account costs for a year, which tells you these are different categories of product, not competing price points.
| Figure | What it is | Source | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| No price | icertis.com/pricing is a not-found page; calls to action are Request Demo and Contact | icertis.com, checked October 12, 2026 | Primary |
| $48,360 and $169,890 a year | The two Icertis purchases Vendr tracks, midpoint $109,125 | Vendr Icertis page, checked October 12, 2026 | Signed contracts, but only two |
| $100,000 to $300,000 in year one | License plus implementation and training; implementations average 6 to 12 months | Hyperstart buying guide, July 9, 2026 | Estimate from a rival vendor |
| About 34 percent above the CLM average | Relative price position | Hyperstart and Sacra, both attributing it to G2 or analysts | Secondary, method not shown |
| $1.1 million to $1.4 million a year | Estimated average revenue per customer, from about $300 million ARR at the end of 2024 | Sacra research profile | Analyst estimate, enterprise mix |
| "Well over a million" for five years | One buyer's five-year license with one year of implementation services | A legal tech forum post, quoted by Signeasy, May 2026 | Anecdote |
| $88,000 median | Cited as "Vendr, 2025" | Hyperstart, July 2026 | Not found on Vendr's public page |
| $1 per user per year | Starting price shown on software directory profiles | Capterra and Software Advice listings | Placeholder, not a real price |
Icertis sells multi-year subscriptions to large companies. Analysts describe the price as a mix of seats for the people who work in the system (legal, procurement, sales operations) and volume: how many contracts it manages and which modules are switched on. Four lines decide most of the number.
Named users across legal, procurement and sales ops. Read-only and approver roles are usually priced lower than authors, so ask how each role is counted.
The number of agreements stored and processed. Large legacy migrations raise the count before a single new contract is signed.
Contract management, obligations, risk review, redlining and drafting agents under the Vera brand. Guides report AI and analytics modules priced separately.
Configuration, integrations with SAP, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, migration and training. Guides say it can exceed the license in year one.
That structure explains the gap between the two Vendr contracts. A $48,000 deal and a $170,000 deal can both be "Icertis" if one is a single business unit on core contract management and the other adds procurement users, AI modules and a large archive. Sacra reports Icertis at about $300 million in annual recurring revenue at the end of 2024 and says the company describes itself as serving more than a third of the Fortune 100, so the typical account is far larger than either tracked deal.
The license is not the whole bill. These are the ranges a finance team should see before a signature, using the figures above. None is a quote.
a year, the lower of the two Vendr contracts
license, implementation and training together, per buying guides
the same guide's upper bound for a first deployment
a year, Sacra's estimate of average revenue per customer
Many teams look at Icertis because inbound paper is piling up: vendor MSAs, customer redlines, NDAs that someone has to read before Friday. A CLM manages that paper once it is agreed. It does not read the counterparty's draft and flag the uncapped indemnity on page 14 for you this afternoon.
LegalSoul does that one job. Upload an agreement and get the issues, risky clauses, missing terms and page cites in under a minute. $99 a month for 100 reviews, $299 for 500, no seat minimum and no implementation.
See LegalSoul pricingBest public figure for each tool. Medians come from Vendr's signed-contract data; published prices come from the vendor's own page.
| Tool | Published price | Best public cost figure | Best for |

| Ironclad | No | Median $40,110 across 371 purchases | Legal-owned workflows at high volume |
| Conga CLM | Marketplace listings only | $35 a user a month on AppExchange; $18,139 median across all Conga | Companies already on Salesforce |
| Docusign CLM | IAM seats $45 to $80 a month | CLM $20,000 to $60,000 a year for 10 to 25 users | Teams already on Docusign eSignature |
| Agiloft | No | Median $67,132 | Heavily configured, no-code workflows |

Each one targets a line that is missing from every public Icertis number.
Icertis publishes no price and quotes every buyer. The only signed-contract data, on Vendr, rests on two purchases at $48,360 and $169,890 a year. Buying guides put year one at $100,000 to $300,000 with implementation and training, and analysts estimate large accounts at $1 million or more a year.
We could not find it. A July 2026 buying guide cites an $88,000 median to "Vendr, 2025". Vendr's public Icertis page, checked October 12, 2026, shows two tracked purchases with a $109,125 midpoint and no $88,000 figure. Treat it as an unverified estimate, not a benchmark.
No public one. Every call to action on icertis.com is Request Demo or Contact, and the pricing URL is a not-found page. Evaluation runs through a sales-led discovery and, for large buyers, a scoped proof of concept on your own contracts.
Buying guides report an average of 6 to 12 months, and reviewers describe timelines in months rather than weeks. Implementation, onboarding and support are priced apart from the license, and guides say they can exceed the license fee in the first year.
Usually. Vendr reports a median Ironclad contract of $40,110 a year across 371 purchases, while both tracked Icertis contracts sit above $48,000. Icertis is built for Global 2000 procurement and sales; Ironclad for legal-owned workflows.
The Icertis trust center lists SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, 27017 and 27018, FedRAMP High, NIST 800-171, TISAX, ITAR, Cyber Essentials Plus and GDPR. The reports sit behind an access request, which is normal for enterprise vendors.
