CLM pricing from signed contracts
Agiloft quotes every CLM buyer and prints one price only, for a different product. Signed contracts put the platform in a tight band around $67,000 a year. Here is where every figure comes from, which ones do not add up, and what year one really costs.

Agiloft does not publish CLM pricing. Vendr's signed-contract data puts the median at $67,132 a year, inside a narrow $62,629 to $80,344 band, well above the Ironclad, LinkSquares and Juro medians in the same dataset. Implementation is extra, reported at $10,000 to $50,000 or more. The only price Agiloft prints is for Astra, its AI contract intelligence tool: free with 1,000 credits a month, or $120 a month for Pro.
The Agiloft pricing page is a contact form titled "Pricing Options, Contact Us and Get Quote". It carries no rate, no tier names and no trial. Everything below comes either from Agiloft's Astra page or from third parties, and several of those third parties sell a competing CLM.
| Figure | What it is | Source | How much weight it holds |
|---|---|---|---|
| No CLM price | Quote request form, no figures, no tiers, no trial | agiloft.com/pricing, checked October 14, 2026 | Primary |
| $0 and $120 a month | Astra Free with 1,000 credits a month; Astra Pro on annual billing with 2,500 to 40,000 credits a month | agiloft.com/astra, checked October 14, 2026 | Primary, but a different product from the CLM |
| $67,132 a year, median | Median buyer; low $62,629, high $80,344. Vendr shows no purchase count for Agiloft | Vendr Agiloft marketplace page, checked October 14, 2026 | Signed contracts, sample size not disclosed |
| About $45,000 to $200,000+ | Wider observed span around a median of about $67,000; no free trial; Agiloft owned by KKR | ERP Research Agiloft pricing page, 2026 | Data site, method not shown |
| $6,000, $30,000 and $60,000+ | Three tiers named Essentials, Advanced and Premium | Hyperstart buying guide, May 7, 2026 | Rival vendor; contradicted by Bind Legal and by the Vendr band |
| One platform, no tiers | Full feature set for every customer, add-ons quoted separately, no implementation figure given | Bind Legal, March 23, 2026 | Rival vendor; declines to print unsourced numbers |
| $65 to $150 per user a month | Professional reported at $65 to $85, Professional Extended at $100 to $150, Enterprise $50,000 to $200,000+ a year | Layer3Labs guide, July 28, 2026; similar $65, $100 and $150 rows on Spendbase | Reported, no buyer data behind it |
| $10,000 to $50,000+ implementation | One-time setup by complexity; Hyperstart reports $5,000 to $75,000 | Layer3Labs; Hyperstart | Reported ranges |
The most repeated Agiloft number online is a $6,000 a year Essentials tier. It comes from a competitor's guide, and it sits badly with the only buyer data available. Vendr's lowest recorded Agiloft contract is $62,629, more than ten times that, and the whole band from lowest to highest is only $17,715 wide.
Compare that with Ironclad, where Vendr's range runs from $15,000 to $107,025 across 371 purchases. Agiloft deals cluster. They do not scale smoothly from a small team up. Bind Legal reads the same data the same way and also says Agiloft sells one platform with no tiers at all.
Our reading: plan for a mid five-figure subscription from the first year. If a rep offers you something near $6,000, ask exactly which modules and how many users that covers, in writing.
Run the reported per-user rates against the Vendr median and you get the team size a typical contract would pay for. The result says more about Agiloft's buyers than any tier table does.
At the lowest reported rate, the median contract covers a whole procurement and legal department.
Legal, procurement, sales ops and a few finance approvers on one account.
Even at the top rate, far more than a small legal team.
The other reading is that the per-user figures are stale, and that is just as likely: the $65, $100 and $150 rows match a rate card Agiloft no longer prints. Either way the conclusion for a five-lawyer team is the same. Five seats at $150 would be $9,000 a year, and nobody in the Vendr data paid anything close to that. Budget from the contracts, not from the seat price.
Worked from the Vendr median. Put your own quote in the first row and the rest still applies.
| Line | Amount | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription | $67,132 | Vendr median |
| Implementation | $10,000 to $50,000+ | Layer3Labs |
| Year one total | About $77,000 to $117,000 | Sum of the two lines |
| Three-year subscription at 5 percent a year | About $211,600 | $67,132, $70,489, $74,013; our assumption, ask for the real escalator |
| Premium support, if added | 20 to 30 percent of license | Hyperstart, rival vendor |
| Sandbox environment | $750 to $1,500 a month | Hyperstart, rival vendor |
Add-ons Bind Legal names, Batch Analysis, Admin on Demand and Integration Hub, carry no public price from anyone. Ask which are in the base quote and which are separate, because that split is where two Agiloft quotes for the same team differ most.
Plenty of Agiloft evaluations start with a simple pain. Supplier paper arrives faster than legal can read it, and the risky clause gets found after signature. A CLM routes, stores and reports on that paper. It does not make the first read happen this afternoon.
LegalSoul does that one job. Upload the agreement and get the issues, risky clauses, missing terms and page cites in under a minute. $99 a month for 100 reviews or $299 for 500, no seat minimum, no implementation, cancel any month. A year of the Solo plan costs less than one week of a median Agiloft contract.
Astra is Agiloft's standalone contract intelligence product, sold separately from the CLM. Its page lists a Free plan at $0 a month with 1,000 credits and a Pro plan at $120 a month on annual billing, with credit packs of 2,500, 5,000, 10,000, 20,000 and 40,000 a month. Agiloft says review and redlining in Microsoft Word use no credits; credits go on analysis across contracts.
That is an honest alternative to buying the platform, and worth saying plainly: if your team lives in Word and wants AI review there, try Astra before you sign a CLM order form. It will not give you the configurable workflows, repository and approvals that make up the $67,132.
Where LegalSoul differs: you upload PDFs, scans, Word files or images rather than working inside Word, the plan is a fixed number of full reviews a month instead of credits that vary by task, and each review comes back as a structured report with page cites you can forward to a client or a business owner.
1,000 credits a month, Word review uses none
2,500 to 40,000 credits a month
100 full reviews, monthly, cancel any time
500 full reviews, team members included
Astra figures from agiloft.com/astra, checked October 14, 2026. LegalSoul figures from our pricing page.
Agiloft names no drivers on its pricing page. The reported ones are consistent across sources, and four of them decide most of the number.
Per-seat subscription. Ask whether approvers in procurement and sales need a full seat or a portal login.
Agiloft sells no-code configurability. The more custom workflows, tables and rules, the bigger the services line.
Batch Analysis, Admin on Demand, Integration Hub and premium support sit outside the base platform.
Usually partner or services led, sized by integrations and how much legacy paper you migrate.

Shortlisting replacements? The Agiloft competitors and alternatives guide sorts them by price and by the job they replace, and our Agiloft vs Ironclad pricing comparison works through the two most common finalists line by line.
Where LegalSoul is the wrong answer: it reviews one document at a time, it is not a repository, it does not route approvals or collect signatures, and it has no SOC 2 report or SAML single sign-on. If you need any of those, buy a CLM.
Each one targets a line that no public Agiloft number covers.
Agiloft publishes no price for its CLM platform. Vendr reports a median buyer paying $67,132 a year, with a range of $62,629 to $80,344. ERP Research reports a wider observed span of about $45,000 to over $200,000. Implementation is quoted separately and is commonly reported at $10,000 to $50,000 or more.
Agiloft Astra, its contract intelligence product, has a free plan at $0 a month with 1,000 credits, and contract review inside Microsoft Word uses no credits. The configurable CLM platform has no free plan and no public trial; it is sold through a demo and a quote.
Agiloft prints Astra pricing on its own site: Free at $0 a month with 1,000 credits, and Pro at $120 a month on annual billing with credit packs from 2,500 to 40,000 a month. Credits are spent on contract analysis; review and redlining in Word do not use them.
Agiloft does not publish a per-user rate for the CLM. Third-party guides repeat older figures of about $65, $100 and $150 per user a month. At those rates the $67,132 Vendr median would cover roughly 37 to 86 users, so a small team should not expect to pay five seats times the rate.
Not on signed-contract data. Vendr reports an Agiloft median of $67,132 a year against an Ironclad median of $40,110 across 371 purchases. Agiloft buyers usually pay for deep no-code configuration, Ironclad buyers for legal-owned workflow at high volume.
Agiloft does not publish it. Layer3Labs reports one-time setup fees of $10,000 to $50,000 or more, and Hyperstart, a competitor, reports $5,000 to $75,000. Bind Legal declines to give any figure. Ask for implementation and data migration as separate written lines before you compare quotes.
