CLM pricing, sourced
Conga's pricing page prints no number. Its marketplace listings do: on Salesforce AppExchange, on AWS Marketplace and through a public sector reseller. Here is every one of them, why the median you see quoted is a whole-suite figure, and what ten seats really cost.
Each figure carries its source and date. Conga quotes every buyer individually, so none of this is your quote.

Conga CLM starts at $35 per user per month on Salesforce AppExchange, plus a Salesforce license for each user, and the lighter Conga Contracts for Salesforce carries a 10 user minimum. Conga's own AWS listing priced CLM at $900 per user per year for Business Edition and $1,500 for Enterprise until July 2026. Vendr's median Conga contract is $18,139 a year, but that number covers every Conga product, not CLM alone. Expect implementation on top.
conga.com/pricing lists the things Conga says its pricing prioritizes (business needs, flexibility, budget alignment, transparency) and then a form. The CLM page's Try Conga CLM button opens a demo request. No edition, tier or figure appears anywhere on the vendor site.
Marketplaces are different, because a marketplace listing needs a price to transact. Conga sells through three of them, and each tells you something the sales team will not volunteer on the first call.
The price ladder puts them on one scale: what one user costs for one year. The spread is almost four to one, and the cheapest rung does not include the Salesforce seat it runs on.
| Where | Product | Price shown | Terms and catches | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| conga.com/pricing | All products | None | A Get Conga Pricing form. Try Conga CLM leads to a demo request. | Primary |
| Salesforce AppExchange | Conga CLM, formerly Apttus Contract Management | $35 per user per month, listed as the starting price | "Pricing tailored to your business." Salesforce-native, so each user also needs a Salesforce license. | Primary, checked October 2, 2026 |
| Salesforce AppExchange | Conga Contracts for Salesforce | $35 per user per month | 10 user minimum, so at least $4,200 a year. 30 day trial shown on the listing. | Primary, checked October 2, 2026 |
| AWS Marketplace, sold by Conga | Conga CLM, cloud-native on AWS | Business Edition $900 per user per year; Enterprise Edition $1,500 | Upfront, 12 to 36 months at the same yearly rate, fees non-refundable. The live listing now says request a private offer; the rate card appears in archived copies from February and July 2026. | Primary, archived |
| AWS Marketplace, sold by Carahsoft | Conga CLM, Composer, Sign | CLM $1,500 per license per year; Composer $565; Sign $12,500 for 5,000 transactions a year | Public sector reseller, private offer only, no refunds. Useful as a reference rate card. | Primary, live |
Vendr's Conga page reports a median contract of $18,139 a year across 238 purchases, with the middle 80 percent of deals between $2,190 and $91,315 and buyers saving about 10.5 percent against the first quote. It is the best signed-contract data available. It also covers every Conga product. Most Conga customers buy Composer to generate quotes and documents from Salesforce, and a large share of the 238 contracts never touch CLM at all.
Generates quotes, proposals and contracts from Salesforce data. The AppExchange connector is $6 a user a month and requires the core product bought from Conga.
E-signature. Conga claims it is at least 30 percent cheaper than DocuSign. The connector starts at $4 a user a month; the public sector rate is $12,500 for 5,000 transactions.
Redlining, approvals, a repository and renewals. This is the part a legal team is shopping for, from $35 a user a month plus the Salesforce seat.
Configure, price, quote for sales teams. Listed at $5,400 per user for a 36 month term on AWS. Rarely a legal purchase, often in the same contract.
Other spend trackers point the same way. SpendHound, drawing on de-identified spend from more than 1,300 companies, puts average Conga spend at $28,379 a year for companies of 50 to 1,000 employees and $142,045 above that, again for all Conga products. Buying guides that estimate CLM alone land at $20,000 to $60,000 or more a year, and they say plainly that their figures are directional.
Ten seats is the smallest team Conga Contracts for Salesforce will sell to, so it is the honest place to start. These are license lines only, at the listed rates, before any discount.
a year at $35 x 10 x 12, plus ten Salesforce licenses you may or may not already own
a year at the former $900 rate, cloud-native, no Salesforce needed
a year at the former $1,500 rate, the same as the live public sector reference
a year, the typical signed contract once modules and products are added
A CLM routes, stores and renews agreements. It does not, at the entry price, read a counterparty's MSA and tell you the liability cap is uncapped for data breaches. That is the work most small legal teams are short of hours for.
LegalSoul reviews one agreement at a time and returns the risky clauses, missing terms and page cites in under a minute. $99 a month for 100 reviews, $299 for 500, per account, monthly, no minimum seats.
See LegalSoul pricingBest public figure for each, with the honest caveat about what kind of product it is. Signed-contract medians come from Vendr; published prices come from the vendor's own page.

Each one maps to a line that is missing from every published Conga number.
Conga's fiscal year ends in January, according to Vendr, which is when its sales team has the most room to move.
Conga prints no price on its own site. On Salesforce AppExchange, Conga CLM starts at $35 per user per month, and its AWS Marketplace listing showed $900 per user per year for Business Edition and $1,500 for Enterprise until July 2026. Vendr's median across all Conga products is $18,139 a year.
$35 is the published entry point on AppExchange for both Conga CLM and Conga Contracts for Salesforce, the second with a 10 user minimum. The former AWS rate card works out to $75 a user a month for Business and $125 for Enterprise. None of these include Salesforce licenses or implementation.
Not on conga.com, where Try Conga CLM opens a demo request. The Conga Contracts for Salesforce listing on AppExchange shows a 30 day trial, and the CLM package can be test-installed in a Salesforce org. A configured trial of the full CLM is arranged through sales.
No. Conga is an independent company owned by Thoma Bravo. It sells a Salesforce-native CLM, formerly Apttus Contract Management, and Conga Contracts for Salesforce on AppExchange, plus a cloud-native CLM on AWS and, since March 2026, early access on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Composer generates documents such as quotes and contracts from Salesforce data. Conga Contracts and Conga CLM manage the agreement after it exists: redlining, approvals, signature routing, a repository and renewals. They are licensed separately, which is why whole-suite spend figures overstate CLM.
Conga publishes no standard escalator. Vendr reports that renewals often include annual escalation clauses, and that Conga's fiscal year ends in January, which buyers use for leverage. Get the cap written into the order form before you sign, not at the first renewal.
Usually. Salesforce licenses for each user on the Salesforce-native products, implementation that Vendr puts anywhere from a few thousand dollars to six figures, separately licensed Composer and Conga Sign, and any AI features Conga does not confirm are included.
Thoma Bravo. Conga and Apttus combined under Thoma Bravo in 2020, and in February 2026 Conga completed its purchase of the B2B business of PROS Holdings. Conga is headquartered in Houston, Texas, and says it has about 10,000 customers.
