Juro Pricing and Juro Cost Per Year for Small Legal Teams

Juro prints no price and sells every plan with unlimited users. What moves your quote is how many contracts you push through each month and which integrations you need. Here is every public figure, and what it means per contract.

The short answer

For anyone who needs the number before the demo.

Juro is quote-only. The best public figure is Vendr's median of $31,164 a year, taken from contracts buyers actually signed, with observed deals from $11,976 to $132,339. Juro says all plans include unlimited users and are priced on contract volume and integration complexity, so seat counts do not set your price. Small teams under 500 contracts a year are commonly quoted $18,000 to $35,000, before $5,000 to $20,000 or more of implementation. There is no free trial.

What one contract costs you at each Juro volume band

Juro's pricing page asks one question first: how many contracts does your business process per month. These are its six answer bands. We divided the $31,164 median by the contracts a year each band implies. It is arithmetic on a median, not a quote, but it is the number that tells you whether Juro pays for itself.

Bands are the ones printed on juro.com/pricing. We used a midpoint per band (10 for the lowest, 1,000 for the open top band). A team in the lowest band pays for roughly the same platform as one ten times its size, which is why Juro's own FAQ says the return starts at around 10 contracts a month.

What Juro actually publishes about price

Checked on juro.com/pricing. There is an estimator form and an FAQ, and no dollar figure anywhere on the page.

Unlimited users

All Juro plans include unlimited users, unlimited workflows and unlimited templates. Juro says it does not want artificial limits on business users who self-serve.

Priced on volume

Plans are based on contract volume and the complexity of the integrations you need. The estimator opens with contracts per month, then contract types, AI features and integrations.

Some integrations extra

Slack, Google Drive and other out-of-the-box integrations are included. Deeper ones such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Workday carry an additional cost.

Three AI modules

The estimator asks which of AI Extract, AI Draft and AI Review you want. Juro does not say what each adds to a quote.

Quotes in USD, GBP or EUR

Juro can quote the equivalent in your currency, and it offers non-profit discounts on request.

Why Juro quotes by seat on other sites are the wrong starting point

Almost every pricing guide in the top results sorts Juro by users: five to ten users here, ten to twenty-five there. Juro's own FAQ says the opposite. Every plan has unlimited users, and the price is set by contract volume and integrations.

The seat bands are a proxy, because bigger teams tend to push more paper. For a buyer the difference matters in two ways. Adding the whole sales team to Juro should not raise the price, so do not trim users to save money. And a small team with heavy volume, such as an HR function issuing offer letters every week, will be quoted like a mid-market team however few people log in.

Before the demo, count the contracts you actually created or signed in the last three months. That number, divided by three, is the first answer on Juro's estimator and the biggest driver of your quote.

When Juro is worth the money, and when it is not

Buy Juro when

  • Sales, HR or procurement need to create contracts from approved templates without waiting on legal.
  • You sign more than 20 contracts a month and want drafting, approval, signature and the repository in one place.
  • Many occasional users would make a per-seat tool expensive. Juro's unlimited users is a real advantage there.
  • You can budget $20,000 to $40,000 a year and a few weeks of setup.

Look elsewhere when

  • Most of your contracts arrive on the other side's paper and the job is reading them for risk, not generating your own.
  • You handle fewer than ten agreements a month. At the median that is over $250 a contract.
  • You are a law firm reviewing client documents rather than an in-house team running its own contracting.
  • You need to start this week without a demo, a quote and an annual contract.

Where LegalSoul fits, and where it does not

LegalSoul is not a contract lifecycle platform. It does not draft from templates, route approvals or collect signatures, and it has no SOC 2 report or SAML SSO today. It reads a contract, lease or brief you upload and returns the issues, risky clauses and missing terms with page cites in under a minute. If that is most of your contract work, it costs $99 a month for 100 reviews, with no annual term.

Six questions to ask Juro before the proposal

Each one targets a line that moves the number.

  1. 1 Which contract volume band is this quote based on, and what happens to the price if we move up a band mid-term?
  2. 2 Which of AI Extract, AI Draft and AI Review are included, and what does each add as its own line item?
  3. 3 Is our CRM or HRIS integration in the base price, or priced separately? What does it cost each year?
  4. 4 What does implementation include, and what would you bill us for on top of it?
  5. 5 What is the annual price increase cap, and can we lock it for the full term?
  6. 6 Does the first-year discount for signing this month carry into year two, or does the price reset?

Juro pricing questions buyers ask

How much does Juro cost?

Juro publishes no price. Vendr's marketplace data from signed contracts puts the median at $31,164 a year, with observed deals from $11,976 to $132,339. Small teams under 500 contracts a year are commonly quoted $18,000 to $35,000, and implementation adds $5,000 to $20,000 or more.

Is Juro priced per user?

No. Juro says every plan includes unlimited users, workflows and templates, and that price depends on contract volume and integration complexity. Guides that list Juro by seat count use team size as a rough stand-in for volume. Adding users should not change your quote.

Does Juro have a free trial?

No. Juro sells through a demo and a custom quote, and there is no self-serve trial on its pricing page. Bind Legal and Hyperstart both report a 20 percent first-year discount for signing in the same month as the demo, so ask whether that price holds in year two.

Do Juro integrations cost extra?

Some do. Slack, Google Drive and other out-of-the-box integrations are included on every plan. Deeper integrations such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Workday carry an additional cost, according to Juro's own FAQ. If contracts start in your CRM, price that line before comparing vendors.

Is Juro cheaper than Ironclad?

Usually. Vendr's median for Juro is $31,164 a year against an Ironclad average of $40,109 across 213 tracked deals. For 10 to 25 users Vendr estimates Juro at $40,000 to $75,000 and Ironclad at $50,000 to $90,000, and Ironclad's implementation runs higher too.

Is Juro worth it for a small legal team?

It depends on volume. Juro says businesses signing around 10 or more contracts a month see a return. At the $31,164 median that is about $260 a contract at 10 a month and about $52 at 50. If you mostly need incoming agreements read for risk, a review tool from $99 a month does that job.

How much is Juro per month?

Juro bills annually, so there is no monthly list price. The Vendr median of $31,164 a year works out to about $2,597 a month, and the small-team range of $18,000 to $35,000 is about $1,500 to $2,900 a month before implementation.

What are the alternatives to Juro?

For contract lifecycle management the usual shortlist is Ironclad, SpotDraft, LinkSquares, Docusign CLM and Concord, which publishes its price. We compare them by price in Juro alternatives for small legal teams. For reviewing agreements rather than managing them, LegalSoul starts at $99 a month.

Review your next contract before the Juro demo

Upload one contract, lease or brief and get the issues, risky clauses and page cites in under a minute. Plans are published from $99 a month, with no seat minimum and no sales call.
